Day 1: See it & Believe It

Right now you feel like you’ve lost yourself. Guilt over every bite of food, inconsistent with healthy habits, and the pressure to “get back on track” with willpower alone feels suffocating.

On Day 1, you will get clarity on the version of yourself you WANT to be. How she thinks, what she does, and what she believes, so your actions can finally start lining up with the version of you who feels energized, confident, and in control.

Day 2: Spring Cleaning

Now that you know the necessary habits you should be doing everyday, let's dig into the science of them! Understanding why you are doing these things will make it so much easier to actually stick to them. 

On Day 3, you will learn the practical strategies no one’s ever taught you about fueling your body and creating balance. You'll learn to build well-balanced plates that you actually enjoy and how to get rid of your cravings for good.

Day 3: Nutrition 101

Here’s where everything clicks.
You’ll uncover the mindset blocks that keep pulling you off track, and learn how to shift them so you can follow through for the long haul.

On Day 4, you'll learn how to shift your mindset to stop sabotaging your consistency (hello, all-or-nothing thinking). You’ll walk away with tools to reframe your thoughts and finally believe you're capable of real change.

Day 3: Make it stick

You keep saying that you "know what to do, you're just not doing it." 

On day 2, we are going to get crystal clear on everything you feel you should be doing for your health and then get rid of all of the habits that aren't actually needed/reasonable. 

You'll finish day 2 with a short list of the exact habits you need to be doing to move the needle forward in your health journey.

Each day you will be given daily challenges: one for nutrition, one for exercise, and one for water. 

This will create MOMENTUM! Everyone in the challenge will be working on the same things, providing each other accountability, and cheering each other on as we start 2026 with major WINS!
