On Day 4, you'll learn how to shift your mindset to stop sabotaging your consistency (hello, all-or-nothing thinking). You’ll walk away with tools to reframe your thoughts and finally believe you're capable of real change.

On day 2, we are going to get crystal clear on everything you feel you should be doing for your health and then get rid of all of the habits that aren't actually needed/reasonable.
You'll finish day 2 with a short list of the exact habits you need to be doing to move the needle forward in your health journey.
