Healthy Handled is for you! Over the next 3 months, you will receive over 100 new recipes PLUS meal plans for it all, meal prep schedules, and links to certain products. No more searching for hours or planning it all out. Healthy is literally being handled for you đ
Each Friday for 12 weeks, you will receive an email that contains 2 healthy breakfast recipes, 5 lunch and dinner recipes, and 2 snacks. The email will also contain an example meal plan for how to utilize those recipes, a meal prep schedule for when and what to cook, and links to certain items so you can see exactly what to look for. At the bottom of the email, youâll find a bit of health knowledge so that you are supported on your journey to living a healthy life.
All of the recipes are labeled PEA, DF, or GF. Some have all three labels!

You will be charged $9 weekly for 12 weeks. The subscription will automatically end after 12 weeks.
All of the recipes are written - some will also have videos. This makes it so easy for you to save the recipes to your camera roll and reuse them forever!
