I didn't grow up with what one would conventionally call "healthy habits." My favorite veggie as a kid was mac & cheese, I drank soda for breakfast, and even though I played sports, I actually much preferred horizontal running (Fat Amy friends, I'm looking at you).
In 2020, I had graduated college and was working as a 3rd grade teacher in South Carolina. I was always tired, had cravings that seemed to scream at me all day long, and felt like I would never lose weight no matter how much I cut down on the amount of food I was eating.
That's when I decided something needed to change. I started making one small change after another and now, years later, I teach other women how to transform their health from the ground up.
So let me tell ya, if you're done with the restrictive diets and ready to actually stick to healthy habits, I already consider us friends.
