Hi! I'm Laura! I started Isn't She Powerful one month after I left teaching to start my health coaching business. I had so much I wanted to share and I knew that a 30 second video on Instagram just wasn't going to cut it. So I started telling my story and sharing my knowledge, and over time, women around the world started to listen. Now women from all over have a healthier relationship with food and healthy habits they are consistent with because of Isn't She Powerful!
