Here's the daily breakdown

Day 1: See it & Believe It

Right now you feel like you’ve lost yourself. You’re guilty over every bite of food, inconsistent with healthy habits, and the pressure to “get back on track” with willpower alone feels suffocating.

On Day 1, you will get super clear on the version of yourself you WANT to be. How she thinks, what she does, and what she believes — so your actions can finally start lining up with the version of you who feels energized, confident, and in control.

Day 2: reset your routines

No more all-or-nothing spirals.

You’ll learn how to build habits that feel doable (and how to anchor them into your existing routine without stress or overwhelm).

On Day 2, we’ll take your goals and break them down into realistic, sustainable actions that you can actually follow through on — even when you’re busy, tired, or overwhelmed. This is about building momentum — not starting over every Monday.

Here’s where everything clicks.
