hey there! I'm Laura

I help women get rid of their sugar cravings and food noise (WITHOUT giving up their favorite foods!) When I was starting my health journey, I would spend hours online searching for healthy recipes that were easy and actually tasted good. Today I share easy, healthy recipes online to give women fesh ideas and help them reach their health goals even faster!

Ingredients

Instructions

Recipe Information

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk works best for creaminess)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened) – gives the true cheesecake tang
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (adjust to taste, gives that cheesecake zing)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia, monk fruit, or allulose, depending on how sweet you want it)
  • Optional: pinch of salt to enhance the flavors
  1. In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sweetener, and salt. Whisk until creamy and well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust: more sweetener for a dessert-like dip, more lemon juice for tang.
  3. Chill for 15–20 minutes (optional but helps flavors meld).
Personally I love this dip with fruit like strawberries, apples, and grapes. You can also crush graham crackers into the dip or eat the dip with graham crackers.

Macros:
  • if made with honey or maple syrup:
~295 cal, 26g protein, 26g carbs, 11g fat
  • If made with stevia, monk fruit, or allulose:
~235 cal, 26g protein, 9g carbs, 11g fat

**These numbers will vary depending on the brands that you use. Here are the ones I personally use:
  • Yogurt: FAGE Lactose Free (I get lactose free out of necessity, there is nothing wrong with 2% or whole milk yogurt if you can have it)
  • Cream Cheese: Green Valley
  • Maple Syrup: I get pure maple syrup to reduce additives. Notice that using other sweeteners does decrease the carbohydrates.

RECIPE VARIATIONS:
  • You can use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain. If you do, you do not need to add additional vanilla to the recipe.
