  • Now that you know cravings are a signal from your body and what the common causes are, we are going to go even deeper. On day 2, you are going to learn about the two types of cravings and build a personal plan for identifying them in real time so that you no longer “give in” and lose control.

Creating Your Craving-Proof Game Plan (That Works in Real Life)

Day 3: April 17th

Each day includes a simple, powerful activity to help you shift your thinking, understand your cravings, and create a personalized game plan.
  • By the end of day 3, you will walk away with a flexible, personalized plan to start using immediately to reduce cravings and stop relying on willpower. For the first time, you will build habits that work with your body, not against it.

Finally, in 2022, I hit my breaking point. I came home after yet another binge and curled up on the couch, unable to do anything else. I felt angry and sad and defeated.

I decided at that moment that something had to change. I didn’t make these massive changes but I slowly started to make shifts to my mindset, my language, and my habits.

By the end of 2022, I had a completely healed relationship with food. I no longer struggled with food noise, constant cravings, binge eating episodes, or never-ending guilt and shame over my food choices.
 
In this workshop, I am sharing with you all of the habits, knowledge, and mindset shifts that helped me stop relying on willpower and finally end my cravings once and for all. I can’t wait to share it all with you!

I struggled with cravings, binge eating, and an unhealthy relationship with food for years.

I was committed (or so I thought) to doing whatever it took to lose weight. This meant skipping meals to save calories, then binge eating at night. Recommitting to exercise at the start of every month only to give up halfway into the first week. Ditching soda and chocolate "for good," then eating to the point of nausea every afternoon.

I knew I needed to change, but I was so confused and overwhelmed that I just kept doing the same things over and over… and over.
